Which lead is worth 2 million, and which one 50 thousand? Find out before you pick up the phone
Five new enquiries are waiting in your contact form inbox this morning. Each one has a name, a phone number and two or three lines about what the client wants. One of them is a 2-million-forint job, another is worth 50 thousand, and in your inbox they look exactly the same.
You call them in order. The big one ends up somewhere in the afternoon, if the client hasn’t already asked someone else for a quote and got it first.
This article is about knowing first thing in the morning who you should call first.
A contact form gives you information, not a decision
A traditional form tells you that someone is interested. It doesn’t tell you how big the job is or whether it’s worth your time. To find that out, you have to call, ask all the questions, and only then can you start calculating.
Let’s do the maths. If you make ten of these first calls a week and each one takes about half an hour, that’s five hours of fact-finding every week before you see a single forint. And often it turns out that half of those enquiries weren’t worth the time in the first place.
What changes when a lead arrives with a price?
In EstiWise, the visitor doesn’t fill in an empty text box. They answer your questions. Based on their answers, the system calculates what the job is worth using your own pricing, so the lead arrives with a price already attached.
A contact form gives you information. EstiWise gives you the same information already evaluated: you know what each lead is worth before you pick up the phone. You look at the list in the morning and you know who to call first. Your first conversation is no longer a fact-finding call, it’s a conversation about the offer.
“But I don’t want to publish my prices on my website”
You don’t have to. EstiWise is not a public price calculator. You decide whether the visitor sees a price. Most of our customers keep it hidden: the visitor only sees the questions, and the calculated amount is shown only to you.
Three situations where this matters in practice
1. The morning list
Enquiries that came in overnight can be sorted by value. You call the big jobs first, and for the smaller ones a quick quote by email is enough. The order in which leads arrived no longer decides who gets your time.
2. The client is on the phone right now
Not everyone fills in a form; many people simply call. That’s what Internal estimate is for: one click, one sentence about what the client needs, and the AI asks for the missing details, then prices the job from your service catalogue. By the time you hang up, you have a number you can confidently say out loud.
3. The enquiry comes with a drawing
If the client sends a floor plan or a technical specification, attach it to the estimate. The AI reads the quantities from it, and whatever it can’t find, it asks about instead of guessing. No more copying measurements into a spreadsheet by hand.
And if you don’t get enough enquiries?
That’s where Lead finder comes in, live since September. Describe who you want to sell to, for example “property managers in Győr”, and Lead finder collects potential clients, enriches their data and sorts them into hot, warm and cold. Anyone you contact goes straight into your pipeline, so you can track them in the same place as the rest of your quotes.
What our users say
“We can easily filter incoming quote requests, so we can send quotes much faster.”
Róbert Koch, SalesAgency
They didn’t get more enquiries. They just see in advance which ones are worth a call.
How to get started
Book a 30-minute demo. If you give us your website address, EstiWise builds your services and the matching questions from it before the call. So instead of a generic presentation, we walk through an enquiry the way your client would see it, and you watch it arrive on your side with a price attached. By the end of the call, your own questions and pricing are already in the system.
EstiWise starts from HUF 15,000 per month, less than one afternoon spent on fact-finding calls.
