Product & usage
Do I need technical skills?
No. Setup takes about 10 minutes — just give us your website address or a short description of your business. EstiWise does the rest.
Is it complicated to learn? I don't have time to fight with software.
If you can chat on your phone, you can use EstiWise. There is no complicated menu system — plain questions guide you through every step.
My trade is too specific, a machine can't handle it.
That is exactly why the system is flexible. You provide your professional criteria, your own pricing logic and the exceptions — EstiWise works from that. You don't need to be an AI expert, you just need to explain how you work.
What if a client has a special request?
EstiWise flags the non-standard items and lets you add them manually. You can change the generated quote at any point before it goes out.
Won't EstiWise calculate inaccurately?
EstiWise does not invent prices. It works with the prices you provide — you are the final control. If you haven't set a price yet, it starts from a market estimate that you then fine-tune line by line.
Does the system learn from my existing quotes?
Not yet. The system starts from your website and the price lists you upload, and improves from your feedback. If you have older quotes, you can carry over their structure and pricing logic manually — we are happy to help with that.
Free trial & pricing
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. After signing up you get a 7-day full free trial, no credit card required — every Basic feature is available and you can create as many quotes as you want. On day 7 you decide: pick a paid plan or pause your account. During the launch offer (June 1 – July 1) you pay for 1 month and get 3 months of access, plus a free onboarding consultation with one of our experts.
How much does it cost?
Three plans: Basic (€39/month), Standard (€129/month), Premium (custom). Details on the Pricing page. During the launch offer (June 1 – July 1) you pay for 1 month and get 3 months of access in total.
Another subscription is too expensive for me.
Producing quotes costs you time. EstiWise gives that time back — and you answer leads faster, which means more signed deals. You can work out how much with your own numbers in the profit calculator.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The subscription is billed monthly — you can cancel or pause it from your account at any time.
Onboarding & team
Will you connect my existing CRM?
Yes. During the free onboarding consultation we connect your HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Airtable or Monday together. More complex integrations are available as a separate service.
How long does it take to upload my own prices? Will it take days?
Minutes. You give us your website link and EstiWise processes it — extracting your services, prices and brand elements. From there you only need to fine-tune.
How do my own prices get in?
As a first step EstiWise works from the information available (website, description, uploaded price list). If you haven't set a price yet, it starts from a market estimate — which you then fine-tune line by line.
Can my team use it too?
Yes. Multi-user access is available from the Standard plan — with role-based permissions. You decide who can change prices and who can see margins. Your team works in one system and you control the access.
What will my clients see if I use EstiWise?
Your brand. Quotes arrive with your own logo, colors and style. EstiWise works in the background — your clients only see your company.
Data & security
Is my data safe?
Yes. We store it encrypted, we do not pass it to third parties, and we operate in line with EU data protection standards (GDPR). The data is stored within the EU.
What about my prices? I don't want anyone to see them.
Your prices and pricing logic are encrypted and protected by access control. Within your team you decide who can see the detailed numbers — a sales colleague does not need to see the profit margin, only the price shown to the client.
